UK Mainland Deliveries
(Please note we only deliver to the UK. We also do not deliver to parcel motels)
How will my order be delivered?
We will use a third-party courier service. Most will deliveries will be on a pallet with a 'pallet delivery' firm.
Please note this is a 'kerbside' style delivery and the driver will not be able to unpack the item or deliver it in to the property.

Accessories & Rugs
All of our accessories and rugs are delivered using a third-party service.
We aim to deliver products that are in stock as soon as possible. However, to avoid disappointment, please allow a few days for delivery. We can never be sure how busy our delivery service is going to be, so we need to give ourselves a little bit of room!
If you've bought several things, we usually deliver everything together once all your items are in stock. However, if you need one thing urgently, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to help.
The estimated delivery time for all in-stock items is usually up to 1 week. However, most in-stock items will be delivered sooner than this.

The delivery dates we give are an approximation and are given in good faith but we cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect delays due to reasonable or unforeseen circumstances.
What if the furniture doesn't fit on delivery?
When you place an order, please be aware that it's your responsibility to let us know of any difficulties we may have delivering to your property. Also, please note we're only responsible for delivery to your front door: any costs incurred affecting delivery, like the removal of doors or windows, are not the responsibility of BIGG Interiors.
If the goods are returned for any other reason than being defective, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us.
The product must be in its delivered form and must not have been tampered with in anyway; this includes any appropriate protective covering or packaging. Where applicable, it is advised that you use extra packaging so as to protect the original packaging and protect the product for its return journey. Once with us, the product will be inspected to ensure the product has not been tampered with in any way and is complete, at which point we will process your refund to you within 14 days using the same method as your original payment.
If any item is returned without essential original packaging we do reserve the right to deduct up to 10% to replace packaging.
We hope that your purchase will arrive with you as expected but in the unlikely event it does not please let us know within 48 hours so that we may deal with organising a replacement as quickly as possible. Before dispatch of your item, we will have checked it twice, so if damage does occur it will also be easier for us to establish where it has occurred and improve our service to you.
We regret we are unable to refund or replace damaged items not notified to us within 48 hours of arrival with you.
